Support is handled personally. Refunds are reviewed fairly based on product state, license usage, delivery status, and the issue reported.

Support first
If a product or license flow is not working, send a support request with the product, email, reference, and what happened. I will try to resolve the issue before treating it as a refund.
Refund posture
Digital product refunds are handled manually and fairly. Eligibility depends on the purchase path, whether a license was delivered or used, and whether the problem can be resolved.
Consulting and custom work
Consulting work follows the agreed scope. Deposits, milestones, and cancellations should be handled in the written project agreement when one exists.
