How azzuwayed.com and connected products collect, use, retain, and delete your account, product, and analytics data.

Last updated: August 24, 2026

Data collected

The Hub processes your verified email, account profile and security state, authorized app connections, Project Discovery answers, briefs and proposals, support and contact messages, purchase and entitlement records, newsletter preferences, and technical or security logs needed to operate the service. A connected product may also keep product data within its own boundary.

Connected apps and Jackaroo

Connected apps sign in through azzuwayed.com and receive only their configured OAuth scopes. Identity-only access provides a stable account identifier, not your email or name. Jackaroo may associate that identifier with a player profile, gameplay and replay history, rooms, rankings, friendships, daily results, settings, and operational diagnostics. Disconnecting an app revokes its Hub access and sessions but does not delete product data. Third-party products control their own data and deletion process.

Shared assistant preferences

The Hub may store four assistant preferences for your account: how an assistant should address you, conversation language, tone, and response depth. Only approved first-party apps with the assistant-profile permission may read or update them, and an assistant may update an unlocked field only when you clearly state the preference during an AI interaction. The Hub stores the field value, lock, source app, and 30 days of revisions, but not the prompt, conversation, or extraction evidence. You can edit, clear, lock, unlock, review, or restore these fields in Account Settings → Memories. Administrators can inspect and delete stored fields and revisions but cannot edit their values. Disconnecting an app stops its future access and does not delete the shared preferences; closing your account deletes them.

Analytics and tracking

Public marketing, product, blog, legal, and newsletter pages use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights for aggregate traffic and performance measurement. Private, account, admin, OAuth, checkout, contact, support, and project routes are excluded, and analytics URLs are stripped of query strings and fragments. Jackaroo may send anonymous EAS Observe product and performance events only after you enable analytics in the app. azzuwayed.com and Jackaroo do not currently use IDFA, perform cross-app tracking, sell personal data, or share it with data brokers.

Use and service providers

Data is used to authenticate accounts, prepare Project Discovery briefs and proposals, deliver connected products, process purchases, answer support, measure reliability, prevent abuse, and satisfy legal or accounting duties. Supabase provides identity and database services, Vercel hosts the site and provides public-site analytics, Resend delivers transactional and opted-in newsletter email, Cloudflare Turnstile screens public forms and email sign-in for automated abuse by processing technical browser signals and your network address without tracking you across sites, Apple processes iPhone in-app purchases and refunds, and Expo may process opt-in Jackaroo analytics. Product infrastructure may process the minimum data needed to operate that product. OpenAI or DeepSeek processes consented AI requests selected by Hub policy. Their API terms do not permit model training on API data; they may retain requests temporarily for abuse monitoring. These providers process data to supply contracted services, not for cross-company advertising. Every processor with access to your data is contractually required to protect it to a standard at least as strict as this policy.

EmailTasker and Google Workspace data

When you connect Google to EmailTasker on Mac or iPhone, the app directly accesses Gmail messages and labels and events on your primary Google Calendar for the features you request. The refresh credential and mailbox summaries, tasks, and calendar records remain in encrypted storage on that device; EmailTasker servers do not store your mailbox. Message bodies are fetched only when you open one. Before any connected AI use, EmailTasker asks for explicit, installation-specific permission. If you allow it, bounded sender, subject, preview, task and calendar context, memories, selected attachment text, prompts, and tool results may pass through azzuwayed.com to OpenAI, the AI processor used for EmailTasker. The Hub does not retain prompts or responses as application records, production telemetry excludes content, and Google-classified requests are blocked unless the selected processor has passed a documented Limited Use review. You can revoke permission without losing local mail, tasks, calendars, or Task Rules. Removing the account deletes its local credential and cached account data and attempts Google token revocation. azzuwayed.com and EmailTasker do not sell Google data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models.

EmailTasker and Microsoft 365 data

When you connect Microsoft to EmailTasker on Mac or iPhone, the app directly accesses Outlook mail and calendar through Microsoft Graph for the features you request. Credentials and mailbox summaries, tasks, and calendar records remain in encrypted storage on that device; EmailTasker servers do not store your mailbox. Before connected AI use, EmailTasker asks for explicit, installation-specific permission. If you allow it, bounded sender, subject, preview, task and calendar context, memories, selected attachment text, prompts, and tool results may pass through azzuwayed.com to OpenAI, the AI processor used for EmailTasker. The Hub does not retain prompts or responses as application records and production telemetry excludes content. You can revoke permission without losing local mail, tasks, calendars, or Task Rules. Removing the account deletes its local credential and cached account data. azzuwayed.com and EmailTasker do not sell Microsoft data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models.

The Applied AI Brief

Newsletter signup records your email, chosen language, consent timestamps, and the page or article where you subscribed. A confirmation email is required before delivery. Confirmed addresses are processed by Resend in a language-specific segment. You can switch language or unsubscribe through a secure emailed link. Expired pending signups are deleted after seven days; unsubscribed or suppressed addresses are removed after 30 days while a one-way email hash and opt-out timestamp remain to prevent accidental resubscription.

Retention and account closure

Project Discovery drafts abandoned for 90 days are deleted. Lost or archived lead records are deleted after 24 months of inactivity. Scheduling Hub account closure suspends access immediately and starts a 30-day cancellation period; after that period, Project Discovery content is removed, registered first-party apps delete or irreversibly anonymize associated product data, and the Hub removes the identity and anonymizes Hub-held personal data. Pseudonymous financial, Apple transaction-binding, security, and audit records may remain so required accounting, renewal, and refund events can settle safely. Closing the Hub account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage it separately in Apple subscriptions.

Your choices

Use Account Settings to manage shared assistant preferences, review authorized connections, correct profile details, or schedule account closure. You can cancel closure during the 30-day recovery period. You may also ask for access, correction, deletion clarification, or privacy support through the contact page. This section is the Privacy Choices destination for connected products and App Store listings.
